According to the customer no. I have yet to reproduce the problem myself
though.

Various ones. The one in particular claimed she was using IE 5. She said she
also used AOL and Compu$erve from her friend's computers and they all report
the same thing. I used IE 5 for Mac and I see it just fine. I also used IE
5.5 on Winblows Pee Cee and it sees it fine too.

Customer claimed that she did not use a pop client while traveling and
that's why she depended on the webmail.

I had the customer delete the cache in IE and do a CONTROL-refresh. She said
it still did not show any messages.

The WT server itself has cache disabled. Had too many problems with
customers updating web pages and then not appearing.
