According to the customer no. I have yet to reproduce the problem myself though.

Ahh, OK - well, that's good in a way, because it suggests user error of some kind rather then software failure.



 What browser is the customer using? Maybe there is a caching issue.
 Are they using a regular mail client to pop or imap the mail off the server.

Various ones. The one in particular claimed she was using IE 5. She said she also used AOL and Compu$erve from her friend's computers and they all report the same thing.

OK - next question, what ISP is she using? AOL or Compuserve - the kinds of ISPs that have massive caching/proxy servers between the user and actual access to your server, it seems possible that could cause problems.


 I used IE 5 for Mac and I see it just fine. I also used IE
5.5 on Winblows Pee Cee and it sees it fine too.

Customer claimed that she did not use a pop client while traveling and
that's why she depended on the webmail.

I had the customer delete the cache in IE and do a CONTROL-refresh. She said
it still did not show any messages.

OK, one other thing, WebMail is very particular about case - if she logged in one time using lower case and another time using upper case, there could be two mail boxes, so she isn't seeing mail, because she's checking the wrong mailbox.
