It matters not at all whether I run sslcerts.cgi from tenon/cgi-bin or 
support/cgi-bin, the key file "cannot be found" in either case.

The problem stems, I believe, from the fact that Tenon tech support named my 
SSL files from the IP address to the secure domain name. I think the 
sslcerts.cgi is not looking for a key file named for the secure domain.

Stephanie (I hope you're feeling better), since you're the one who scolded us 
for sending the same question to the list and to "support", I'll ask you: Why 
hasn't Tenon support responded to my postings regarding this? You've responded 
to later postings, why not mine? I've always sent my questions to either the 
list or to support, never to both. So, when I post to the list why is no 
response forthcoming from Tenon?
