Hi again,
        Further to my previous email, I would suggest that it may be an
external issue invlving an ISP between your Webmail server & the client's
end. I have come across a number of issues where people have hit our server
to view some HTML & complained long & liud that they couldn't view it. The
result turned out to be that their ISP had transparent caching on & it
wasn't renewing the content. An email from the user to the ISP solved the
issue, so maybe that's another possibility.
