OpenSRS on WebTen

Has anyone got the OpenSRS scripts [for registering domain names] working on WebTen?

Based on the requirements [below], it looks possible. Any test cases?

Thank,
-Chris

The basic requirements for running the OpenSRS client scripts ("Full Access") are:

1. Web server which allows CGI execution (e.g. Apache, http://www.apache.org/) Version 2.2 also needs an XML Parser.

2. Perl5 (Minumum version 5.005) http://www.perl.com/

3. Cryptography Perl modules, downloaded separately from CPAN http://search.cpan.org/

Specifically, you need the Perl module Digest::MD5, and either Crypt::DES or Crypt::Blowfish. I recommend Blowfish - it's a faster and more cryptographically secure algorithm that has none of the platform-specific endian issues. DES is still supported for backward compatibility.

Note: We are now including Crypt::CBC in our client distribution to remove confusion as to version requirements. We have updated our encryption code to be fully compatible with the lastest Crypt::CBC at this time, v.1.23.
