You must have fully qualified name servers - 2 that are recognized by the
internic - that point to your mail server - the customary domain name of a
mail server is "mail.domainname.com" and it should have a forward record as
well as a reverse record. Then your domain, softballnews.com needs to have a
mx record (mail exchange record) pointing to that mail server.
