WebTen & Mac OS 9.1

Hi again,
        Having read Anita's post about the reasons behinmd WebTen not
running under Open Transport or Tenon's TCP/IP stack got me thinking. Why
does the Tenon stack not run? Apple must have changed something pretty
fundamental in the OS.
