Hi again,
        Maybe you could get a WebTen server operator somewhere within your
local area to allow your client to try accessing their email account
through the other server's WebTen Webmail (or perhaps Tenon would allow the
client to trial it on their server). At least this would eliminate any
problem on your behalf.
        It's a possibility it's the individual installation of the client's
browser(s) or more likely, their OS. If you could somehow test this on
their machine, maybe you'll see what the problem is. In the end, I really
think it's a caching issue.
