Re: How to disable directory listing?
Yes,
open the
WebTen:tenon:apache:conf:httpd.conf
file with BBEdit. Find the Virtual host in question at the bottom of the file.
Change the Options line so that it contains:
"-Indexes" rather than "Indexes"
TTS
--eric
to I have set up a new domain on my WT (2.10) server, but the
responsible person has not yet put in the pages. When I then go to
that domain, I see a "directory listing frw www....". Is it
possible to disable this listing when the default page is not
available, resulting in a "you are not allowed to view the contents
of the directory..."?
Thank you, Christian.
