Re: External permanant redirects?

In the Virtual Host section it put in:

Redirect permanent /NCE/	http://207.127.138.215/

based on what I entered in the control panel. But it doesn't work. If 
you go to http://ntidweb.rit.edu/nce/index.html you should be 
redirected to http://207.127.138.215/ and it doesn't happen. You end 
up on the page that's in the NCE folder on my server.
