cache dang it

I've run into this before with WebTen, but then the problem seemingly 
went away on it's own. Now it's back. I'm posting updates to a site 
and they are not showing up. I tried all the browser cache clearing 
tricks. The Cache Settings for WebTen are:

AccelleratorCache: on
supercache enable: off
cache mem: 4
cache swap 100
swap level1 dirs: 2
swap level2 dirs: 8

cache stoplist:
                  cgi-bin
                  ?
                  violoncello


Here's the page I'm trying to load that's on the server, but is 
coming up with a 404 error:
http://www.violoncello.com/index_new.htm

Any tips on how to solve this would be most welcome.
