Lasso to process all requests

Subject: Lasso to process all requests

I want all requests to a virtual host to be processed by Lasso. (The idea
being that when someone goes to www.myhost.com/foobar I can have lasso catch
the 'foobar' part to do a search in a db.)

I started off by defining a .lasso file as the 404 error file for the v host &
a custom Lasso error page, but that must be a 'non-optimal' way of doing it,
because it must do something like:

1) WT looks for the file /foobar and can't find it
2) WT invokes '404.lasso' for error page
3) Lasso gets a request and looks for /foobar - can't find it
4) Lasso finally runs the custom Error.lasso file that I've defined

If I understand the WT docs correctly, I would need to define the Lasso 'Action
Handler' as a pre-processor for the v host. However, there doesn't appear to
be an 'Action' defined for Lasso. I can only imagine that WT knows to process
.lasso files with Lasso from loading the plug-in - there certainly doesn't
appear to be any Admin Server setting that controls this.

TIA,

James Harvard
