Re: FTP access changes file modified dates

Oh yes.  I've tried rebooting and restarting many times.  It seems that when
the files are being read to create the ftp file list, either WebTen or the
Mac OS is considering that a modification to the file.  It's really a pain
in the patootie.  

I've looked everywhere in the Mac OS (running 8.6) and I see nothing that
refers to this issue.  Nothing in the WebTen setting either.

It would be so wonderful if someone knows what is causing this and if it can
be turned off.
