There was a message from Anita in the archives about a WebTen patch being
available for 2.1.10 to deal with trigger problems in WebCat -- I was hoping
that was what I was running into. One more note to the WebCat side and then
I think I'll have to be doing a workaround too. (Or change the OS on the
main server. WebCat triggers run fine on the development server running OS X
and using built-in Apache).

Rob, we did solve the trigger problem for WebtTen 2.1.10 and one assumes that that fix was propagated into WebTen 3. However it may have been for an earlier release of WebCat and triggers may have broken again with a WebCat upgrade.

At any rate, Tenon did the WebCat port to Mac OS X Server, so we know triggers were working on that older platform. I don't know about Smith Micro's WebCat for OS X 10.1.3. We have iTools 6 WebCat users, so you might want to ask on the iTools list or on the WebCat list.
