FTP Trouble With AirPort

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. I
added an Apple AirPort into the network at my office a few days ago and
now I cannot FTP files from the computers connected through the wireless
base station. Everything still works great on the computers that are
wired. I don't know if this can be corrected by changing some settings
with WebTen or if it is just an Apple issue.
