Server stalling serving - really need help

Hi again,
        My WebTen server has, for the last few days, been stopping serving
pages (though everything else works) after about 48 hours - a restart fixes
it, but it's becomng a real concern. Last time I switched the cache off,
but this time it's already off - any ideas - no errors are showing in the
logs. Please help0 with this one - I will soon be moving to iTools full
time, but until then...
