Because it's propriatary, and therefore no one knows whether or not there are 
security holes in it - including the people at webstar - who won't know until 
their clients get hacked over and over again and complain about it.

Apache, on the other hand, is open source, is the most popular http daemon in 
existence - has tons of user/developer support and is also free - can you 
say, "free" ?

It also has mucho more support from perl/php/DB developers.
