Robert,

An SSL Certificate is tied to the SSL Key that was generated along with
the Certificate Request (CSR).  As long as the Key and Certificate are
moved together, there shouldn't be any trouble moving a certificate to a
different computer or a different webserver (as long as the webserver
understands the certificate/key format in question).
