Yikes... this doesn't look straight-forward at all. This document seems to
be shorthand notes on some issues one may need to deal with, but nothing
like a step-by-step migration guide.

I figured I'd buy iTools because migrating from WT to iT would be
straightforward. But I don't see things like: how do I get all my Apache
settings over to the new server? What happens to the Tenon folder? What
steps do I do first? This document really seems to assume I know exactly
what I'm doing and only need a few pointers on file format changes.

Also, I assume I have to do the transition on a Saturday night, but for a
while I'm going to want to have both the old and new server up at the same
time. If I copy over all the settings, then both will have the same IP
address, right? Will that cause some problems? Can I fake the iTools IP
address until it goes live?

That's the sort of migration guide I'm looking for....

P.S. BTW, I just heard from Imacination, and they believe that Ch-Ching will
not convert over to OS X, but are working on a new version.
