Migrate from WebTen to iTools?

Hi. Is there a guide to migrating from WebTen to iTools? I thought I had
seen one, but can't find it now.

Also, my migration process (hopefully in the next couple months) will have
to include:
SSL
Ultimate Bulletin Board
Lasso 3 (WebTen) to Lasso 5 (iTools)
Ch-Ching!
Continued Perlscript support

Might the guide contain any help on those? My biggest concern (other than
the server move itself) is getting the SSL certificate migrated from one
machine/OS to another without significant downtime.
