I don't believe that's a capability built into sendmail.

We use CommuniGate Pro, which is a commercial product that runs an Mac OS X
Server.

There are open source alternatives, but I haven't tried any of them. You may
want to look into Mailman, which OmniGroup uses.

I don't know if this package runs under Mac OS X Server though.
