Hi folks. I am curious by this problem

Customer has his vhost with index.html defined as Index page. No pre 
processor on .html.

So he makes some changes to his index.html

Now when he calls http://www.vhost.com/ he still sees the old page.
If he calls http://www.vhost.com/index.html he will see the updated pages.

Why ?
Itools running with Squid standard settings.
