Is the squid process running? Try "ps cax | grep squid".
Try running /usr/local/squid/bin/squid -NCd1 and see what squid complains
about - could be as simple as incorrect directory access rights.
Also, make sure WebTen has all v-hosts set to serve on port 81 and that
squid *knows* this (look for 'httpd_accel_port' in
/usr/local/squid/etc/squid.conf, should be set to 81 also). Finally make
sure squid is configured to serve pages on port 80 (look for http_port in
squid.conf, as above, should be set to 80).
WebTen has previously been known to set v-hosts to serve on port 82 for
whatever reason....guess it thought that port 81 was the standard htttp-port
and just incremented the value.
