   I have two other problems w/ virtusertable.txt:

      1)  Whenever I add a new entry and run makemap I get an error on 
the previous entries:
                 makemap: /etc/virtusertable.db: line 24: key www: 
duplicate key

     2)  We tried to get the system status msgs. sent to "root" 
forwarded, but nothing's happening.

   Any suggestions?  Is it safe to delete the virtusertable.db file and 
build a fresh one?
