How To: Squid 2 and iTools

While Tenon has not yet released a version of iTools with Squid 2 (and I
firmly believe they will at some point), it is possible to run iTools with
Squid 2.

I will try to submit a "How To" document early next week, but in the
meantime, a few warnings:

* Squid 2 absolutely must start before iTools/Apache does. If it does not,
iTools and Squid will duke it out until your system grinds to a halt.

* Some minor administrative functions in iTools will no longer work.

Otherwise, I've been running with Squid 2 for a few weeks now on a test
system without any major problems.
