I too, get a similar error at the moment Jonathon, mine just won't restart
apache. To answer Stephanie's question earlier, yes, I did update SSL when I
upgraded to 5.019. Like I said earlier, it was working fine for a couple of
weeks (including /itools_admin in a browser).
So now I just stopped apache, then started it again and got this message:

/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd started
Earlier, it was to a apachectl graceful command that apache wouldn't
restart.
Now at least I'm finding solace in the mantra: I "am not alone". :)
