apache won't start

Noticed one of my domains wouldn't respond so I tried a graceful restart of
apache and received this message:

/usr/sbin/apachectl graceful: httpd not running, trying to start
[Fri Jan 26 17:10:17 2001] [warn] Loaded DSO
/System/Library/Apache/Modules/mod_
webcatalog.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI!

ease recompile it with -DEAPI)
Syntax error on line 11 of
/Local/Library/WebServer/Configuration/jserv/jserv.co

ed
/usr/sbin/apachectl graceful: httpd could not be started


Anyone else seen this yet? I upgraded to 5.019 several weeks ago and have
not had a problem until this.
