OT: All of the Sudden OSXS is crashing w/ a Kernel Panic???

All the sudden OS X S 1.2 is unstable. My box out of the blue has crashed w/
a kernel panic 4 times in the past 48 hours.  Has anyone ever seen this?
The only weird thing I noticed was about 48 hours ago I added a new Virtual
host w/in iTools and the new Vhost was assigned a 0.0.0.0 IP#, I'm wondering
if maybe my eth0 config. is corrupt and maybe that's causing the problem?

Any hints appreciated?
