I'm not sure a "fix" is in order. A main purpose of using iTools is to
take advantage of the user interface. If one adds something with the user
interface and removes it manually without a clear understanding of what the
add did then problems can be expected. I think Tenon could provide a tech
note that explains what files are updated by what actions. That would go a
long way to heading off disasters. However, the functionality is fine by
me. I'm glad I don't have to mess around with ifconfig every time I add a
virtual host.
