This happened to my box too. Robby or Eric resolved it but it brought down
my ISP's box that had that IP on it before it could be fixed. The network
engineer was obviously very uphappy with me, presuming that I had configured
my server that way.

Ever since then, my box has been listening on that IP (although it hasn't
caused a problem since then).

Always wondered why that happened.
