I'm a big fan of webalizer. It takes
some setting up. You have to be comfortable in the command line
environment, but there is some great documentation on how to configure
it for Unix which works just fine for Mac OS X.
You can download it here:

Its free. Does everything Funnelweb does.
Go to the bottom of the page for the info on how to configure it.
