There is such a file or folder; don't recall which, in the OS X 
Server version of iTools WebMail. Although the path for same is in OS 
X client's iTools WebMail, there does not seem to be a location for 
webmail_adduser following that path. I, for one, would like to see 
adduser back in place. Then again, I am still having fits -- not 
giving up, mind you -- trying to send or receive IMAP WebMail within 
my intranet, so who knows?
