I was having trouble accessing my server via FTP after I installed 
10.0.4, and I received this guidance from Tenon, which did the trick 
nicely:

The upgrade to 10.0.4 overrides our ftp server. To fix this you must 
follow these instructions to reinstall the ftp portion of iTools.

Delete the line for wu-ftpd from 
/Library/WebServer/tenon/logs/itools.updates  it should look 
something like the following:
     Installing wu-ftpd-2.6.1.1 Thu Jun 21 16:33:46 PDT 2001
delete /Library/Receipts/iTools.pkg
reinstall iTools

FTP now works great, but now I'm having a pesky license issue with 
the Web server (iTools tells me it's a permanent license, but Apache 
quits every two hours.... grrr....)
