Yes, I am using communigate pro from stalker software. www. Stalker.com.

Communigate is a mail server that has capabilities to do mailing lists. I'm
real happy with the performance as well as the ease of use. It is
administered via web interface. You can set up mailing lists and give the
administrators access to administer their own lists. The web interface is
customizable. The software seems to be very stable and  has a lot of great
features such as archiving, bounce processor, and a lot of other stuff.

I have heard that tenon will be bringing a unix based mail program to OS X
and giving it the same ease of use administering capabilites as it has with
its itools package. I don't know the name of it or when it will be
availbable or if mailing lists are a feature but maybe some else on this
list has some better details. Otherwise, stalker is a good answer, but can
be a little pricey.
