I've noticed this problem as well.......don't know if we are doing something
wrong or it just needs fixin but if you are on the server machine itself you
should be able to turn the admin back on in the itools menu.......if you are
remote telnet you can do the following.
/Library/WebServer/tenon/libexec/start.admin
this should start the admin right up again
