Tim,

There are a lot of more subtile features added as well - things like 
enhanced logging features, better sendmail administration, more 
control over virtual hosts, better looking interface, squashed bugs, 
etc, etc.

Its worth a look just for the admin improvements if not for the 
features Anita mentioned.
