You need to change the owner ( www ) in the above, to whatever ID that
user is logging is as.
In your case, since it's your site, I'm not sure the best way to
handle that ( unless everyone logs in under the same ID, or what you gave
is an example ). For VHosts though, you would create a line like the
above for each VHost per below:
upload /Local/Library/WebServer/WebSites/www.theirdomain.com /cgi-local
yes theirID ftpguest 0755
Note that "/cgi-local" is a directory we create in each VHost
directory to keep users out of our main CGI area ( setup through your
Virtual Host Config - Aliases buttons ), as you have done.
Also, to do the above "upload..." line for VHosts properly, I think a
few more lines need to be added to the ftpaccess file for each VHost, but
I'm not sure of the exact contents since Tenon has not yet answered the
questions I sent Stephanie a few weeks ago.
