SSL Cert Conversion

Is there any possible way to convert a Webstar Cert to one that Apache can use?

Also, on another tangent, I notice on the www.netcraft.com site that www.apple.com is running Apache/1.3.9 (Mac OS X Server) on MacOSX, yet my stock OSX Server 2.0 server shows up as Apache/1.3.19 (Darwin) on unknown. Any ideas as to why Apple's server reports to be different than mine? And I notice www.tenon.com is running Apache/1.3.12 (iTools/MacOSXS). I'm a little confused as to what version of Apache I should want to be running?? I'm not talking about the difference between Apache with or without iTools. I'm just talking about the core Apache version that is being deployed.
