WebMail has an upcoming update and so does Tomcat. For now you should just need to install the iTools 6.1 update.

Yes mine was a slick transition and I did it remote from telnet. I was just
wondering about some of the other packages like mysql, etc. I was wondering
if there were any changes to them.
