   Did you also install the developer tools items ( either from the Tools 
CD, or from the Developer site ) from Apple when you did any of the OSX 
installs or updates?

   My 10.0.3/iTools 6.x iMac has the tools installed and MySQL, etc. are 
running fine w/ no other intervention on my part.
