iTools 5 vs 6 ?

I'm currently running OS X Server v1.2 (the old one) and considering
switching from the built-in Apache to iTools, but I'm wondering if I'd be
better off upgrading to OS X 10.0.4 and getting iTools 6.

Does anyone know what the performance diff from the client side is?

Machine being used is a B&W G3 450Mhz with 384megs of ram, so the
Altivec/multi processor issues/advantages don't really apply.
