I have followed the instructions but get:

root# /usr/sbin/apachectl start
dyld: /usr/sbin/httpd multiple definitions of symbol _apple_hfs_module
/usr/libexec/httpd/mod_hfs_apple.so definition of _apple_hfs_module
/usr/libexec/httpd/mod_hfs_apple.so definition of _apple_hfs_module
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

I have tried commenting out the duplicates but get different errors.
