CRON Zombies ??

I am getting processes in a ps -aux displaying as follows

/usr/sbin/sendmail -FCronDaemon -odi -oem -oi -t

The GUI Process viewer reports these as 'Zombie' processes.

Best I can make out they relate to daily.out and weekly.out generation -
these have only started to appear since updating to iTools 6.1, without
updating the Sendmail .. Do I need the new Sendmail to generate these or is
there something else that is amiss ??
