itools admin

Hi,

1. Is there a way to pull up a display like the iTools admin (e.g. 
access and error pages) remotely or is that only available on the 
server?  I realize I could ssh in and do a tail -f on the file, but 
was curious if there was another method.

2. Is there an archive of this list somewhere?  If have looked 
without success so far.  :-)
