My iTools has always said 0 under the System Wide Configuration but web
server, mail, ftp and admin seem to be OK so I didn't care. The hostconfig
file does have the proper domain. But I would be interested how to change
the 0 to my domain since that's the way it is supposed to be.

I should automatically change to your domain after you reboot, *if* DNS for the default hostname/domain is set up and working so that the server can find the info.
