iTools 5.1 won't startup...

Just did a fresh install of iTools 5.1 on OS X Server 1.2,
iTools.app won't start the webserver.

upon trying to start apache via CLI
 ( /usr/sbin/apachectl start  )

I get the following:

dyld: /usr/sbin/apache Undefined symbols:
_ap_os_is_path_absolute
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

[www: /builds] root#

Anyone see this before?

After this I updated the Apache installation to 1.3.20, and re-installed
iTools, same error.
