Well that message could mean anything.....check with tenon what your
permissions should be on the tenon folder with the admin stuff in it.

 400  ??  Ss     0:00.03 /usr/bin/tail -100 -f
/Library/WebServer/tenon/logs/iTools.log

is logs being processed and is common ................ I did notice, however
your path looks like the path of osx 6.x not osxs 5.x. 5.x has the  Local
folder holding the path and would look more like

/Local/Library/WebServer/tenon/logs/iTools.log
