It gets the usual browser box saying "refused... try later".
I think the key is something to do w/ the ps -ax showing for Perl:

What's a "con-" and a "Z+", and why does it say that process doesn't
exist if I try to kill it?
Also, when I last booted the Mac I got some extra processes I hadn't
seen before:
400 ?? Ss 0:00.03 /usr/bin/tail -100 -f
/Library/WebServer/tenon/logs/iTools.log
401 ?? Ss 0:00.02 /usr/bin/tail -100 -f /var/log/httpd/error_log
402 ?? Ss 0:00.03 /usr/bin/tail -100 -f
/Library/WebServer/tenon/logs/iTools.syserrs
403 ?? Ss 0:00.05 /usr/bin/tail -100 -f
/Library/WebServer/tenon/logs/iTools.status
Something is definitely weird, on my iTools 5.x box I don't get perl
in that state or those tail listings.
Even when I start Admin. from at the Mac, I still get those errors and
can't get in. Basically, w/ no WEB access changes are not easily done.
Thanks for your time and help in these matters.
