   Seems like that should do it, but when started I still can't WEB in, 
and a PS -ax shows:

  427 con- Z+     0:00.00  (perl)
  409 std  Ss     0:00.26 -tcsh (tcsh)
  414 std  S      0:00.23 -tcsh (tcsh)
  423 std  S      0:01.72 perl -U /Library/WebServer/tenon/admin/httpd.pl

   Looks like Perl is hung in some way, and trying to kill 427 says:
[ns3:/Users/bfdadmin] root# kill 427
427: No such process

   Same after reboot.  Things look a bit munged.
