WEB/Admin Access ??

Howdy:

   I notice on my iTools 6.0.x iMac that I can't access the iTools Admin. 
functions via a WEB browser.  It does seems to be doing it's jopb as a 
DNS server however, and Apache seems to be running:

      ( from a ps -ax )
      307  ??  Ss     0:00.52 /usr/sbin/httpd -DSSL
      314  ??  S      0:00.05 /usr/sbin/fcgi- -DSSL
      319  ??  S      0:00.01 /usr/sbin/httpd -DSSL

   I can access the box via SSH telnet, so how would I go about starting 
the WEB/Admin. server functions from the CLI?  What process would I look 
for to be sure this is running properly?
